A non-profit organization concerned with Middle Eastern affairs, education, and early recovery. Functional tasks: 1. Evaluating and finding solutions to coastal problems during the implementation of projects. 2. Plan and manage team goals, financial schedules, and project stakes to keep workflow on track. 3. Manage paperwork and materials associated with projects. 4. Preparing and reviewing studies and project proposals (needs assessment - labor market assessment). 5. Managing notes, minutes of meetings and correspondence. 6. Follow up with the local authorities in the projects implementation areas. 7. Strengthening the resilience of vulnerable families with working and out-of-school children

The project aims to strengthen the resilience of the most vulnerable families in northern Syria by enhancing the access of 600 vulnerable families with working or out-of-school children to short- and long-term income opportunities in the targeted area by: 1. Providing CFW opportunities for 200 families for a period of 9 months. 2. Providing training on vocational and commercial skills for 400 beneficiaries.

Provision of multi-sectoral humanitarian support to the most vulnerable affect-population

Providing life-saving assistance and improving living conditions of IDPs and host communities through distribution of food and non-food items, provision of WASH supply by: 1. Provide short term Food and Bread Assistance. 2. Provide hygiene kits. 3. Provide Winterization and NFI kits.

Providing TVET for young people and helping them enter the labor market

Strengthen access to livelihood by creating income generating opportunities by providing Vocational and skills training provided by: 1. Providing vocational training and skills training to beneficiaries. 2. Providing a start-up kit for successful beneficiaries of the training.

Supporting the livelihoods of the most vulnerable people by supporting home gardens

The project includes the distribution of agricultural inputs to farmers, including spring and summer vegetable seeds, in addition to fertilizers, pesticides, and simple agricultural equipment used in agriculture, in addition to providing training, supervision, and consultations through agricultural experts. 1. 1370 families who benefited directly. 2. 1370 dunums of land planted with summer vegetables.

Returning damaged small enterprises to groups affected through the Small Grants Program

The project aims to support suspended small enterprises to enable them to return to production and obtain income and increase cohesion and resilience in society by providing job vacancies through: 1. Supporting the restoration and recovery of 300 partially destroyed micro-enterprises by providing productive assets. 2. Providing 60 jobs within the restored facilities, in addition to community awareness sessions for all beneficiaries.
